Adjudicated Property Code Amendments, Webtool, Forms and Guide
Desire Line worked with Allen Parish Police Jury to align existing adjudication procedures and ordinances with state law requirements, develop forms to facilitate required processes, and complete a public-facing document to inform both debtors and petitioners of their rights to enable and promote future land development.
The Parish successfully adopted the amended ordinance in February 2023, and actively utilizes forms developed, distributes the Manual, and has adapted the web tool to search available properties online.
